In anticipation of its Spring release, Universal Pictures has released its final trailer for the upcoming Nicolas Cage-led Count Dracula film, Renfield. The upcoming horror comedy sees Cage play a rage-filled Count Dracula, featuring bloody fangs and a long, dark cape for the ominous aesthetic.
