On Broadway, Playwright James Ijames and Director Saheem Make a Meal of 'Fat Ham'

With the award-winning "Fat Ham," opening on Broadway next week, Ijames and Ali have jettisoned much of the tragedy of Shakespeare's "Hamlet," transposing the action instead to a backyard barbecue and wedding reception in North Carolina.
