SFMOMA Acquires Pod from Demolished Nakagin Capsule Tower

The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art has officially acquired one of the 23 capsules salvaged from the Nakagin Capsule Tower, which was demolished in Tokyo last year. The Nakagin Capsule Tower was designed by architect Kisho Kurokawa and completed in 1972.
