Zadina lands 1-year, $1.1 million deal with Sharks

The San Jose Sharks on Monday signed right wing Filip Zadina, 23, to a one-year, $1.1 million contract, after the forward was waived by the Detroit Red Wings and subsequently cleared unconditional waivers last week.
