Grayscale Wins Lawsuit Against SEC Over Bitcoin ETF

A federal judge ruled that the Securities and Exchange Commission must reconsider crypto asset manager Grayscale Investments' application to launch a bitcoin exchange-traded fund, dealing a loss to the regulator and possibly opening the door for the launch of the first bitcoin spot ETF.
