According to reports, viral Houston rapper Viper has been arrested. The 52-year-old man, Lee Carter, better known as Viper, has been accused of kidnapping a woman and holding her captive for four to five years in his garage.Currently held in Harris County Jail on a $100,000 USD bond, Viper was arrested on an outstanding aggravated kidnapping warrant after receiving a tip that a woman was held in his residence.
