Rublev seeks ATP rule change after winning appeal

After successfully appealing the decision, Andrey Rublev has called on the ATP Tour to change the rule that led to him being defaulted at the Dubai Tennis Championships, where a Russian-speaking official said he used an obscenity while yelling at a judge.
