The Boy and the Heron Is Coming to Netflix, but Likely Not in the U.S.

Netflix announced today that The Boy and the Heron is coming to the streaming platform. It'll likely, however, only be on Netflix outside of the U.S., with Max having exclusive U.S. streaming rights to the Studio Ghibli library.
