Louisville police officer violated protocols during Scottie Scheffler arrest by failing to turn on bodycam

Louisville Police Chief Jacquelyn Gwinn-Villaroel said Thursday that an officer has received "corrective action" for violating protocol during the arrest of Scottie Scheffler.
