New One Piece Fan Letters Special Announced, With a Spotlight on Luffy, Zoro, Franky, and Nami

One Piece is getting an anime spin-off special called One Piece: Fan Letter, which premieres on Japanese TV this month. It's based on the Straw Hat Stories novel and will focus on Luffy, Zoro, Nami, and Franky.
