NHL fines Flyers' Michkov, Blackhawks' Maroon

The NHL issued fines to Matvei Michkov of the Philadelphia Flyers, and Patrick Maroon of the Chicago Blackhawks, on Monday for separate incidents that occurred during Sunday's action.
