The Jane Doe who accused Shawn "JAY-Z" Carter and Sean "Diddy" Combs of raping her when she was 13 years old has dropped her civil lawsuit.The Guardian reports that the unnamed woman filed to voluntarily dismiss the case with prejudice in Manhattan federal court on Friday, February 14.
