NYSAC cites 'technical issue' for Davis knee no-call

The New York State Athletic Commision, in a statement to ESPN, said it is "reviewing the matter" involving Saturday's Gervonta Davis-Lamont Roach WBA lightweight title fight in Brooklyn.
