Leica has some of the most effective strategies. They introduce color and monochrom sensored cameras, special edition to mark different occassions, and also offer devices with different colors. And for each of them, the pricing varies, with some cameras costing a few thousand dollars more than others. This seems to be paying off for the company, and this year, they have receved the highest revenue in the history of the company.
