The Mandalorian and Grogu: Did the New Republic Commit War Crimes?

For most of the running time of The Mandalorian and Grogu, the first Star Wars movie to hit theaters in seven years, its a romp with the titular characters right up until the New Republic maybe commits a massive war crime.
