8th pay commission: Here's how much will the salary hike with 3.83 fitment factor - Check proposed increase

The 8th Pay Commission, established in November 2025, is gathering inputs until June 15, 2026. Amid this, some of the proposals put forth to the commission include increase in fitment factor over 3.80 by multiple employee representatives.
