Pay commission: Himachal Pradesh hikes salaries of contract, trainee medical officers by 78%

Pay commission: The Himachal Pradesh government has approved a 78% salary hike for contract and trainee medical officers (specialists) up from ₹33,660 to ₹60,000 per month. CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said healthcare and education are among the state's highest priorities.
