Judge allows counterclaims by Gabehart and Spire against Gibbs to proceed

Chris Gabehart and Spire Motorsports can proceed with their counterclaims against Joe Gibbs Racing, according to an order handed down by Judge Susan Rodriguez on Wednesday.
