Can we annoint Juan Pablo Montoya as the new Formula 1 Village Clown?

As I have written before, since taking on his role with F1 TV this past season, something has happened to Montoya. And I have genuine questions: Is he being paid to behave like this? Has he bumped his head badly? If he is on meds, is he taking them, or is he maybe scoffing too many of them? Facts! M
