Zagat 2013 LA Restaurants Survey Released (PHOTOS)

The people (of Zagat) have spoken. Over 18,000 diners placed voted in Zagat's 2013 Los Angeles Restaurants survey, ranking their picks of the best food, decor, service and chain restaurants Southern California has to offer. High end gourmet restaurants like Providence and Urasawa remain on the list, as well as popular fast food chains like In-N-Out.
