Conservative Justices Ask When Affirmative Action Will End

Conservative justices on the U.S. Supreme Court aimed withering questions at lawyers defending the University of Texas's affirmative-action program today, asking how the school could determine when it had accomplished the job of diversity, and whether racial considerations were necessary at all.
