The Supreme Court Refuses to Hear 401(k) Cases Against Citigroup and McGraw-Hill Yet one more bit of evidence in the continuing drip drip of data proving the 401(k) industry will continue to operate in ways that are not in the best interests of those it is supposed to be helping comes today courtesy of the United States Supreme Court, which declined to hear cases brought by employees of Citigroup Inc. and McGraw Hill Companies Inc alleging malfeasance in the management of their plans.
