Coaches Among Those Arrested in South Florida Youth Football Gambling Case

A while back, I shared a story about gambling in the stands during South Florida Youth Football League games -- as in, grown people betting money on contests involving kids ages 5 to 15. On Oct. 29, the Broward County (Fla.) Sheriff's Office announced it had arrested nine men they accused of being involved in organizing and placing bets. All nine of them were league coaches or othewrise affiliated with teams.
