Arizona Bill Could Outlaw Online Impersonation, Twitter Parody Accounts

Are you a fan of @KimJongNumberUn, @AngiesRightLeg or @ThePresObama? Well, a new bill in Arizona could make the creation of some Twitter parody accounts a felony offense.
