Japan-China Mutually Beneficial Strategic Relations require a Supranational Solution to the Senkaku/Diaoyu Island Dispute

Within the totality of the Japan-China relationship, which can and should be a "Mutually Beneficial Relationship Based on Common Strategic Interests," the Senkaku/Diaoyu islands dispute is wholly negative and potentially disastrous, and the danger continues to escalate. Ambassador Magosaki's supranational authority proposal could be the best and most workable solution for all parties. It should be a basis for secret diplomacy to begin soon.
