For Chinese Companies, Europe More Welcoming Than America

Between Washington's bans on Chinese wind power companies from setting up shop in some areas of the west coast, tariffs on solar panel makers and tire exporters, and constant nagging over the yuan, deep pocketed Chinese businesses say they prefer Europe than America.
