A headline on TMZ today reads "Lindsay Lohan Doing Penthouse." The article says that actress/celebrity/trouble-maker Lindsay Lohan is living rent-free in SoHo. Presumably on the top-top floor, even though the article does not say so. Not much different than what we're accustomed to seeing in National Enquirer-type gossip sheets. But why does this get one's attention?
