Jing Ulrich, J.P. Morgan's chairman of global markets, China, stopped by the Forbes offices on March 8 and generally parried my worries about the Chinese economy. It had slowed appreciably when Jing--as she is so widely known--last was interviewed here this past summer, and she correctly saw the basis for an uptick at that time.
