Dorchester man charged with robbing several Dunkin' Donuts and McDonald's

Richard Calderon-Colon, 40, was apprehended Saturday morning while sleeping in a car in a residential section of Dorchester, police said in a statement. Calderon-Colon is charged with armed robbery in connection with robberies of three Dunkin Donuts and three McDonald's, according to the statement. The stores -- in Dorchester, Mattapan, Roxbury, and the South End -- were robbed between May 13 and May 29.
