San Francisco paper sues rival over low ad rates

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) -- The San Francisco Examiner filed a lawsuit Tuesday alleging that the city's dominant daily newspaper, the San Francisco Chronicle, has slashed advertising prices to stifle competition.
