A big part of the positivity around Skylanders was the artisan talents of the individuals behind the video-game and toy designs. I was intrigued to see how this compared to Disney Infinity. My suspicion with any of these big toy lines is that there are big corporate focus groups at the heart of it all tweaking things for financial gain rather than the best design for kids.
