Indian Government: Casual Sex Means You're Legally Married

NEW DELHI -- In India, there's no sex without marriage -- literally, according to a new court ruling. "Any couple who choose to consummate their sexual cravings, then that act becomes a total commitment with adherence to all consequences that may follow," the Madras High Court ruled in a recent palimony case in the southern state of Tamil Nadu.
