Condition of hospitalized Heinz Kerry is upgraded

BOSTON (AP) -- Doctors evaluating Teresa Heinz Kerry, wife of U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, reported improvement in her condition Monday, according to the State Department, but few details were being disclosed about her illness.
