Mortgage rates at 2-year high as Dow soars to record closing high

This is the summer the Fed heated up the markets. Comments made by Federal Reserve Chairman Ben S. Bernanke sent the Dow and S&P 500 to record highs on Thursday while mortgage rates hit their highest level in two years.
