Local chef heads for Big Easy cook-off

Paul Turano, the owner of Tryst Restaurant in Arlington - and the forthcoming Cook restaurant in Newton - has been chosen by Governor Deval Patrick as the state's representative at the 10th annual Great American Seafood Cook-Off, to take place Aug. 3 at the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans.
