Leahy lauds Holder on limiting mandatory sentences

MONTPELIER, Vt. (AP) -- Vermont U.S. Sen. Patrick Leahy says he's pleased that Attorney General Eric Holder is calling for a review of mandatory minimum sentences for some drug crimes.
