GUANTANAMO BAY NAVAL BASE, Cuba (AP) -- A lawyer for a Guantanamo Bay prisoner charged in the Sept. 11 terror attacks plans to challenge conditions inside the top-secret prison-within-a-prison known as Camp 7.
