Alaska asks ConocoPhillips to reopen LNG plant

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) -- The state of Alaska wants ConocoPhillips to reopen its mothballed Kenai Peninsula liquefied natural gas plant to provide an incentive for petroleum companies to explore and invest in Cook Inlet.
