USVI official: Rum tax rebate must not be lowered

CHARLOTTE AMALIE, U.S. Virgin Islands (AP) -- A U.S. Virgin Islands official is urging Washington to reconsider a rate used in calculating the Caribbean territory's anticipated revenue from rum taxes.
