Asia Markets: Asian shares mostly down; China data lift Shanghai

Stocks in Shanghai moves higher on further signs of an improving Chinese economy, while Southeast Asian markets give up some of the gains they made after the U.S. Federal Reserve's decision to leave stimulus unchanged.
