Deputy chief in Vt. city returns to job after DUI

BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) -- Burlington's deputy police chief, who was suspended with pay after being charged while off-duty with driving under the influence of alcohol, will be returning to work within a week, but he will have no law enforcement or supervisory duties.
