Pressure mounts on Taiwan for China talks

TAIPEI, Taiwan (AP) -- Pressure is mounting on Taiwan to open political talks with Beijing, after Chinese President Xi Jinping told a former senior Taiwanese official that the longstanding division should not be indefinite.
