Argentina frets as leader undergoes brain surgery

BUENOS AIRES, Argentina (AP) -- Doctors prepared to drill into President Cristina Fernandez's skull Tuesday morning to siphon out blood that is pressuring her brain two months after she suffered an unexplained head injury.
