Roll Call Founder Dead At 90

Sid Yudain, the founder of the long-standing Capitol Hill newspaper Roll Call, died Sunday morning at the age of 90. "He loved that paper," said Lael Yudain, his wife. "He used to say that when he started, the Hill was a community. Now it's a megalopolis."
