In Geneva, diplomats try to push Syria peace conference

GENEVA -- Senior U.S., Russian and U.N. diplomats met in Geneva on Tuesday at the start of a series of meetings aimed at building momentum for a second Syria peace conference despite bitter rifts within Syrian opposition groups and other states in the region.
