Venezuela caps prices for commercial leases

CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) -- Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro is capping rental prices for commercial real estate as he steps up a campaign against businesses he accuses of trying to sabotage the economy by stoking inflation.
