EU Imposes Ukraine Sanctions

Ukraine's bloodiest day of clashes. In the past two days alone 75 people - including policemen - have been killed....many reportedly by snipers. Scenes like these persudaded the EU to impose sanctions on the Ukrainian officials it says are responsible for the violence.
