The Whatsapp Story Tells A False Tale Of Entrepreneurial Culture

Not since the heady days of the dotcom boom have we seen the type of rock'n'roll circus that has surrounded Whatsapp's acquisition by Facebook. Yet the story of an internet business going orbital before it ever wears long pants isn't a harbinger of the future. In fact it is  more likely to be the opposite of what happens next.
