SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A man who was fatally shot by a U.S. marshal while attacking a witness during a federal trial in Utah this week promised the judge at the start of the hearing that he behave. A court transcript of Monday's hearing in Salt Lake City shows that U.S. District Judge Tena Campbell asked Siale Angilau if he would be on his best behavior at the start of his jury trial. The 25-year-old Angilau responded, "Yeah."
