Report: EPA To Seek 30 Percent Carbon Emissions Cut By 2030

The Environmental Protection Agency on Monday will propose a draft rule that would seek to cut power plant carbon emissions by 30 percent by 2030, the Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday. The rule would give flexibility to states on how to meet that goal and percentage cut will vary from state to state, two sources told the Wall Street Journal.
